A focus on workplace writing based on employer demand. You will learn vital communication and writing skills including thinking, listening, composing, revising and editing. You will learn to write clear and concise instructions as well as business correspondence.
You will learn the installation of hardware and software, diagnosing and troubleshooting of problems, the properties of motherboards, processors and memory, and customer satisfaction. Basic networking and portable systems are also covered. This subject prepares the student for A+ certification exams and success in the PC Repair industry.
This course covers all the material necessary for the new A+ certification exam. It contains simulation tests, which cover the two parts of the A+ Certification - Core Hardware and Operating System Technologies.
